Event design stage

Event design

What does designing an event involve? Firstly, it’s all about the look. Every object you encounter at an event has been chosen by someone who has also planned how and why it is being used in that place. Secondly, it’s about designing the individual objects which make up the overall impression. It’s also about organising the content and timing. Broadly speaking, it’s about a series of questions: what, where, how, how many, when and why.

You don’t get a second try at first impressions.

Event planners must be familiar with all the aspects associated with the events business. They only need to know a little about some aspects, but need in-depth knowledge of others to be able to offer the best possible advice, design and planning.
